On April 27,2010 I lost my fianc�e and best friend. His life and his passion revolved around his music; his collegues (whom he spoke so warmly of often|); and the people he loved most. His love; I will carry with me in my heart for the rest of my life.

He adored his springer spaniel (Dancer|); his cat (Moses); his Scotland; and his writing was so influenced by the beauty that surrounded him daily in Sutherland. He was my love, my future husband; and will always have my heart.

I once asked him: �what do you think of when you hear your music?� And he said , �my published pieces of work are my children�; its like watching your own child; a piece of me in each one.�

In my grief; I am thankful I knew the Morris a lot of you did; and some wish they did; in my thanks; I am at peace knowing he is still, somewhere, grinning down on us all, ready for the next gig; or his next genius piece of work.

I feel so blessed for having had him in my life; as some of you are; and I�d welcome any memories you all have; of the concerts you attended; additions you could make; or thoughts you�d like to share.
