The releases of Morris Pert will be distributed in the USA, and digitally all over the world by Buckyball Records, New York.

Morris is working on a series of orchestral pieces called "Microsymphonies" [first four entitled "Quiet Sun"/"Menhir"/"De Situ Albanie"/"Erotikon"]

He has started working with a Japanese soprano Natsuko Mineghishi [she did perform Morris' composition "Four Japanese Verses" in Melbourne, Australia in June 2007] and her contemporary music group "The Klang Collective", also based in Melbourne, and for whom he is writing new music

Morris is also working on the CD compilation of two large-scale pieces - "Chromosphere" performed live at the QEH by Suntreader plus electric french horn and electric cello [Paul Buckmaster], as well as "The Ultimate Decay" for four voices [Electric Phoenix] and electronic tape.

Morris Pert has published two new solo Piano suites - "Mountains" and "Stones", each consisting of six "miniatur" pieces. They are available from Morris' publisher Vanderbeek & Imrie Ltd.

"Voyage in Space". This is an electronic version by the American arranger Bob Warseck of Morris' 20 solo piano pieces of the same name, available on CD soon.

"Eisd Rium" is a collaboration with the Scottish poet Roy Macleod, and is for spoken word and taped electronics

"Ankh", a piece for solo trombonist and taped electronics premiered in Tromso, Norway and has been performed several times since. The piece is dedicated to and written for John Kenny.

"Epitaphs", a song circle premiered by musicians of the Orchestra of St. Lukes, Brooklyn, NY.
